Good move by picking him up. He's pitched in NY before and with the lineup the Yanks have and his veteran experience he'll do just fine. Taking 3/4 and watching Schilling blow up vs. A-rod was beautiful. Maybe the Yanks will start rolling now.

Hey the Yanks have pitching issues too. Their starters are shaky and tonight they start a kid just brought up from C-bus, their middle relief is shaky at best so they both have the same issues pitching wise.

Off season incidents have continued to plague USC's program as well. I'm not so sure which disgusts me more...the kids who piss on their scholarships by doing stupid shit, or the fans who will justify their actions no matter what they are, because USC kids could never do anything wrong.
