The problem is that we're running out of road and other peoples' money. The reaction to DOGE's proposed cuts has illuminated the fact that we are not electing serious people to Congress. You aren't a serious person either.

DOGE identified potential spending cuts of $900B and the Big Beautiful Bowel movement incorporated (let me check...oh yes) $0.00 of them. If Congress doesn't have the sack to act on these small cuts, we're done. There is no chance of averting or even delaying the inevitable debt spiral. All of your precious programs will be incinerated by debt service no matter how low the interest rate is (artificially) held.
