Gabriel could be expendable, and I think some teams might have an interest in him. He's young, has some talent, has "upside," and has shown some good things as a kick returner also.

What would Oakland land by trading him though....?

Not a whole lot, if you ask me.

Mid to late round draft pick, or just a "fair" player at another position.

Oakland sure isn't going to pluck an impact player out of a trade for Gabe, straight up.

S'pose they could package him with someone else (or a draft pick or two) and get some more defensive help, but .......... I dunno.

KC needs receiver help.

I can almost guaranDAMNtee you that the Texans have more than just a passing interest in Gabriel. Casserly has hinted on more than one occasion his interest in adding a "Gabriel" type WR into the fold with Johnson and Gaffney. Would a sixth rounder and a lock of our QB's hair work?

poptart: i think the CHEFs need WR plus DB help...and if KCPaul wants his Mustang to go faster...he must "somehow....lighten his Car...."
