Happy Birthday T1B

Post by War Wagon »

As message boards go, 4 years is a long time. It's definitely the longest duration on a message board I've ever wasted time on.

Rack the fucks who started this BOARD on January 12th, 2005 and who keep feeding the hamster. You know who you are.

Rack the regulars who breathe life into this dump, even the shit posters and trolls, fliends and foes. Lotsa' folks here whom I have a great deal of respect and admiration for, and if you're reading this, you know who you are also.

I'm sorta' surprised nobody else posted this salute, but by some coincidence, this is also the day my mother launched me out into this cold world 47 years ago, so I guess it's appropriate that it was left to me.

Now, where are my fucking presents?

No way.

While getting out of bed takes an admirable effort, some mornings more than others, Birthdays are always to be celebrated no matter how many. In fact, the more you get, the more :bode you have.

So my daughter called out of some sense of obligation to wish me a Happy B-day. Bless her heart.

Me: Do you even know how old I am?
Her: Um, not really... does it matter?
Me: It does to me. So how many, do you guess?
Her: I don't want to say, I'll be embarrassed if I'm wrong.
Me: More embarrassed than admitting you don't know in the first place?
Her: Fine... 45?
Me: Bwahaha... add two more.
Her: Wow. You're old.
Me: Thanks for calling.

Wags,

I know we've had our differences and shit, but you're a good dude ...

As long as you're not drinking Bud Light.

Now go fuck yourself.

Happy B-Day, bro!

One of these days, perhaps this year, I'm gonna make my way back to KC to see Truman, pick up a case of Gates BBQ sauce and Williams seasonings. We'll definitely have to have a beer!

Originally from Milwaukee, then 10 years in San Antonio, followed by 10 years in Lawrence. Been in Okla. about another 10 years, which makes me about a quarter southern hillbilly white trash.

100% U&R white trash, thank you very much. Did live in nashville for 3 years though, where I did study southern white trash extensively.

btw wags, you'll be happy to know that i replaced the nissan mercury villager minivan that my daughter wadded up with a dodge minivan (used). If the tranny goes on it, I am coming to KC to kick yer ass. i could prolly work some sort of work related trip there since my employer pretty much owns KC (DST).

Astrology, Wags. Really? I bet your horoscope told you'd suck 37 dicks today. So you did. In a row.

My question is, how did he come to have sex with a dead man?

Hey. Thanks.

As for your present......well, I woulda stopped to sit on your face a few weeks ago as I was driving through that outhouse you call a city, but the smell of nicotine permeating throughout the entire state of MO made me nauseous.

Not that you yourself wouldn't have.

Anyhow, well wishes.......and what not, to you.
