With interest compounded daily it's $31.33, or one entree at Red Lobster, whichever costs less.

I think I may be willing to mail Wolfie a check to cover this. I may have a few stipulations, though.

Sorry PSU-Fan--but this is the end of the line for this "issue". I really do not care to discuss this anymore, nor smack Brian about it.
Here's the predlude: I had such a great time at the Clonestock in September of 1998 that I thought it might be cool to get together with a bunch of the "clones" in the northeast (CNY in particular) so I tried to get it going via a Syracuse football game. It was the Syracuse Tulane game of that year. In the end, the only person who showed up was Bri. I actually had a good time, not sure about Bri's take. So, I thought it might be cool to give it another try-maybe get TLR and some others together at a Syracuse basketball game. The game we picked was SU/Georgetown, which was THE hot ticket back then. Bri volunteered to get the tickets, so I sent him my good check for $15 to cover for me. I forget what happened, but Brian couldn't --either get tickets, or he simply had another obligation. The bottom line was that he never sent me the check back (yes-- he cashed it) nor did he reimburse me. It became an issue between us, and once he even called me to let me know he was going to take care of it. That never happened. I've ragged on him a few times about it--but there is a statute of limitations even on these boards.
I consider the whole issue--OVER !! To quote Forrest Gump--"..that's all I have to say about that."

BTW--- I fully expected to hear from TLR over the holidays--teachers still get vacations in NY don't they ?? I hope all is well with him and his.

This money issue has been analyzed before.

BSmack dicked Wolfman out of money.
He admits it ... but "justified" it by saying that he was in the middle of some serious personal issue at the time.
So getting Wolfie his money back "slipped his attention" ... or something to that effect.

Wolfman called B out on it and well after the fact and B offered to make it right.
Wolfman told him to shove it up his @ss.

That's what I remember.

He also had time to post about 287,000 or so times on various messageboards in the following years. Writing a check, addressing the envelope, putting a stamp on said envelope and placing the envelope in the mailbox would've cost him at least a dozen epic clicks of the submit button.

Point, but counter point is if B_Larceny really did offer to make it right and this was rubuffed by Wolfie in favor of holding it as a UBB "Sword of Damacles"

I believe that needs to be resolved before we put B_Stiff under the knife
