Caught them at the Black Cat in the District Wed night. Sold out at the last minute. Fucking amazing. They have a sound that is so reminiscent of Sunny Day Real Estate and are just so together live. My personal favorites were Good to See and Loro. Sad news as the lead singer said one of the guitarists had his cancer come back and had to have a replacement come in before the tour.

It was a straight forward, classic alternative sound I had not heard live in a band for a long time and I can't wait to catch them again. Absolutely recommended to any fan of alternative rock. And RACK the Black Cat for not fucking around and getting bands done in time to catch the Metro during a mid-week show. Not a premium venue, but they get the job done and don't fuck around.

RACK both these motherfuckers. Epic fucking musicians. I'm honestly looking for a break after my fourth concert in 13 days.
