Now Roasting....

Post by velocet »

...one from the old skool and one recent all natural additive.

First up, the old skooler Jay in Phoenix!

Jay attempts to shrug off all praise and superlative appellations but the fact is, he likes all that stuff like "Jay in Phoenix, Smack-Off Champ" and "Jay in Phoenix, Charter Mag7 Member"... it is how he rolls on the real, after all. And how do we know this?
His off-board persona is full-on caught up in that whole culture of self propping. As for proof of that it is necessary to expose who this "Jay in Phoenix" really is. Of course it is against board policy to do such a thing but as we'll see Jay is quite the "public figure", however diminutive fame-wise, and so fair game. (In the interest of full and fair disclosure, none of the following has been altered at all)

Let's hear it for...

Image
Yeah, that is our infamous Jay. And what a niche he's carved out for himself. Good stuff. He takes "music" that specializes in ripping off real artists' work and then puts it on a cd of his own. And he thinks he's the best at it! WTF? And he must have liked Din's claims about Adrian Peterson being the best running back RIGHT NOW, except for the Freudian mishap of replacing "right" with "out."

Image
Jay got his "glow" back. Pregnant again?

Image
Watch it, Jay. Zyclone don't take kindly to people moving in on his turf.

Image
Judging by Jay's defeated posture and countenance, the Truth is he failed writing 101 again and for the 10th time. That kind of "truth" probably would hurt, I guess.

Image
Speaking of retarded... so what's your theory, Jay? That there are 7 days in a week? Good theory. Yeah. How long did it take you to work that one out? Let us know when you have a working hypothesis about the number of days in a month. I'll save you some headaches: it isn't uniform. Hell, even with that info, it'll still take you years to figure it all out. And wtf is on your belt? Does it say "RAPE"?

Image
Jay's into some run of the mill everyday snuff. Sure knows how to treat a lady, this guy.

Image
Aw for fukks sake... the "truth hurts" again? What is it THIS time? m2 likes to gloss himself "THE Truth" a lot... maybe Jay got smacked by m2 and it hurt. Well, Jay likes to think he's one of a kind and if it hurt when m2 smacked him, yeah, Jay would be unique in that regard.

Image
Not on your level? I think I speak for most when I say "thank G0D and God." Every now and then it is understandable when someone slips up and uses "your" where it should be "you're", but here we see the fruit of failing writing 10 times over.

Image
Jay blazes new trails, even if hallucinatory. Here he tells us that he has a singular devotion to a piece of his apparel. I'm sure the hood on his jacket, the one he's turned halfway around to show us, is pleased that all this is for its sake... in Insanewerld.

Image
This should be "I will not learn to spell." Hate to go all Dins around here, but shouldn't someone with at least a 6th grade education be writing on Jay's album covers?

Image
I thought the truth hurt in a couple of different ways? NOW your digging for it? Oh, yeah, almost forgot. Dealing with a retard and all.

Image
This is perfect. Just blatantly rip off whatever is out there. No matter how cheesy and retarded, just take it.

Image
The "mixtape game" REMINDS Jay of the "crack game." That's... good... good, very nice. I'm sure ripping off rip off artists is every bit like the whole crack scene... if you're a crackhead.

Image
I heard that someone staged a funeral for disco records. Does this mean we are rid of this "mixtape" waste too? Cool. Good lookin' out, Jay.

Jay, since you are the universally affirmed "Superstar" around here, you've won this special lid to wear around and let everyone in sight know of your status...

Image

Let's have a round of applause for Superstar Jay in Phoenix!

Damn it velo, that was fuggin' hysterical!

And here I thought my 6th-grade ediffication went to waste. Sheeee-it.

I'll wear that lid with pride, right on top of the 2000 Smack Off crown...at least, once I dust the damn thing off.

Needless to say, rack you good sir.

Dayum.

I can only assume that Velo is just warming up for the SmackOff. In that case, it would appear that a frontrunner has been established.

A rack doesn't quite do justice here, but I suppose it'll have to do.

Cudes, RadioFan, Rumps, Bacefelice, Bobby42, Invictus, Mace: Racks from you would count for something IF I cared at all what you think about anything you buncha...

aww hell I can't even continue with the joke  Thanks, srsly. I'm glad YOU were entertained. If I were motivated mainly by the gathering of Racks, I would post A LOT more and more often to achieve that end. It is said by some observers that smack is dead and along with it this board. If that is the case, well, some slow, quiet decline and death sounds like it's time for me to say carpe diem, and I ain't going out like that. :brad:

Terry in Crapchester: There are some serious smack talents I see still active but are kinda flying under the radar. They know who they are and I'm sure they don't mind having someone else be considered the frontrunner. Thank you for the thought. At least I'll have your post to look back at when I'm bounced out of the brackets.

All it will take to win it all is for someone to break out Flash. ALL of us non flash artists will then be toast. It's that simple. Flash=Nukes.

DoggFather!!!

Last I think I saw of you was at TOT! How long has it been? Good to see you back.

Old skool returns!

Once there was a whole PACK of wild "Dawgs" running around these boards.
Many may remember DoggFather from his threads uniting them in the common cause of epicosity.

Yeah, that's awesome dude. Right in line with some classic resets from back in the day:

German Army, I've made you famous.

Roll with it.

Sincerely,

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ana and Jay,

All the racks in this here thread are belong to you. No question about it. A roast no matter how crafty of some board non-entity WON'T WORK. There must be a compelling subject or there will be a collective WGARA moment from all quarters.

Keep it going!
