Embedded photos in e-mails

Any way to extract those suckers? I have a cool photo I'd like to share, but I can't extract the mutha from the e-mail message, since the sender embedded it.

If the full image will fit on your screen, you should be able to grab it with a screen capture. Then you can just paste it into a photo editor and crop it as needed.
