I'm game.
A doctor answers his phone and hears the familiar voice of a colleague on the other end of the line. "We need a fourth for poker," said the friend. "I'll be right over," whispered the doctor. As he was putting on his coat, his wife asked, "Is it serious?" "Oh yes, quite serious," said the doctor gravely. "In fact, there are three doctors there already!

i downloaded a boot from one of their shows in montreal a few weeks ago and the new songs sounded sweet, even on an average sounding bootleg recording. i can't wait to hear the songs off the album.

and even better: the songs you'll hear off funeral live will obviously be more of a surprise, although i'm sure songs like hood 1, wake up, rebellion, and no cars go will be on heavy rotation, and for good reason (especially on the latter).

I think the sound might not be the best? The vocals seem muted.

I've had that for months and it's fantastic. I actually listen to it all the time. I think it's darker than their previous albums.

Will upload when I get home tonight. Unless someone beats me to it!

Shut up. If Arcade Fire released Funeral at the same time Pure Guava came out, you'd be sucking their collective dicks.

Yeah.

BWA

Dude, are you kidding?

If some dude stands in front of a microphone strumming a guitar while shitting his pants, a goodly chunk of these dweebs will consider it "life-changing music."

Tell me you knew?

I can only aspire one day to be as super cool as, say, the scruffy-faced black t-shirt-wearing Iron Maiden crowd - famous for reading fantasy novels and chain smoking at Denny's until 3 am.

Yeah. Those "metalheads" are HARDCORE.
