The Eagles didn't trade for him because he could dance...what the hell is wrong that guy? If he's referring to the Super Bowl...they got through the playoffs without and they probably prepared to play without him against the Patriots. He wanted to played in the game...that's not being used. He's going to make some team very frustrated next year.

I'd sure loved to be used like that.

This idiot man-child really needs to just STFU.

$49 million should buy a lot of "using".

This takes the cake...

I was out buying an NFL Jersey for my son (Ladanian Tomlinson).. the price appeared to say $69. I went to the register and they said $89.

I said "Look at the sign, it says $69."

They replied "That's only for Terrell Owens uniform!"

I also saw that markdown in several other stores..

Terrell Owens is an old can of beans!!

DAVE T!!!

Holy Sh!t!! That brings back memories (old English 3 speed with the basket.. ridden by some 40 year old......

I don't think he was gay. I think he was completely an asexual Momma's boy (and a little slow on the social uptake). A real live 40 (now 50+) year old virgin.. but I digress..

Yeah, LaDanian... and it is bandwagonning but the kid likes Football in general. When he was younger, he got a Curtis Martin Jersey... then Curtis left town, Later, he got a Ty Law Jersey and Ty left town. So, maybe an LT jersey isn't such a bad idea..

funny thing about LaDanian Tomlinson (aka LT to the younger folks).

I was watching a Chargers game and during a NFL Highlight spot at halftime.. Lawrence Taylor Highlights were shown.

I told my kids about LT and how the cops found him in his car sleeping at a rest stop on the Jersey Turnpike with a crackpipe on the dash and enough crack to sufficiently arrest him.. and how just a few years ago, LT was living in a dumpster, high on crack....

My kids and their friends couldn't believe it but the believed me. It wasn't until a few weeks later when the PAtriots were playing the Chargers that my son stated " I can't believe LaDanian was living in a dumpster" I said, "No, it was LT not LaDanian Tomlinson" They looked at me with disgust.. LT is LaDanian Tomlinson..

They did not know the REAL LT!!

When you think of LT which one comes to mind first??

Yeah LaDanian is the man. Your kid is old enough to make up his own mind, no doubt.

Here in Tampa, the sports radio hacks rip everyone up who doesn't cut ties with former area sports teams. :meds:

In other words because I live here, I should root for and support the Bucs, Lightning & D-Rays.

Yeah.. that'll happen.

As far as the original L.T. He was in Tampa that day when he was set up like motherfukkah.
------------------------
Back to Dave T.

circa May 1976, I'm catching and Dave is fuckin' up every strike call. He's sucking badly. He called a foul tip when it was apparent dude never made contact. Then it hits me. The kid piching got ejected for arguing the week before and now Dave has a hard on for him. We finally get the 3rd out and I tell the pitcher that he's on the shit list.

"Fuck that dude! I'm throwing high, and you act like you're going for it but miss on purpose!

I'll do better than that, I say. I'll deflect it up in his face mask a few times."

Got him that game about 4 times. Finally Dave says, "Hey catcher, try to grab that ball with the mit, will ya!"

Tears, Jerry.

Way back....waaaaay baaaaack........
