My Solar City stock isn't doing too well today but it's more than offset by Pfizer.

I get at least a 4-year reprieve from having to stockpile guns and ammo.

A Donald Trump Presidency affects me personally because now America can have a secure border and we can stop Hitlery from making America an OPEN BORDERS nation where tens of millions of primitive savages flood into our country every year setting up mini countries within our country. It means saving our culture, being protected from muslim terrorists so we will all be safer. It means Pedro has to go back! It means jobs have to come back. All of which affect me personally by making me HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!

Assuming Trump repeals Obamacare, (he and Congress damn sure better do just that, post haste) hopefully it means that my health care costs closer to what it used to cost.

My company got dropped by UHC and we have Aetna now. I have the high deductible plan for about the same weekly premium costs but that's where the comparison ends. An office visit that used to cost me a $30 copay is now $123. One 'script that cost $15 is now $177.

Fuck that noise. I'm not paying for Screwey's HIV treatment or Gaysc810's bowel transplants.

You think Health Care will get cheaper? I've think the invisible hand of the market is going to shove itself up your wallet's ass.

It won't affect my speaking fees one iota. Can't say the same for Billary.

What do you figure she could pull next week?

I suspect Bill still has some marketability in this regard as he actually can speak, but i'm guessing his fees will be a bit off as well.

Due to the purposeful power vacuum nurtured by Obama, maybe a bit more war work will head my way. Missionary work is very lucrative. :bode:

Since I haven't had to drive across town in the last 3 days. Multiple riots going on right now. Complete mayhem...

in a city where Trump got less than 15% of the vote... clever.

Sitting here watching FBN (Maria, dear, please loose the turtleneck) they're showing video of hipsters squaring off with their skateboards against the riot popo. Fukking hilarious.

Time for the cops to start using live rounds as this shit is getting pretty fukking old. I think you will find these wannabe revolutionaries will scatter if you punch a few 9mm holes in their abercrombie sweatshirts.

It's missionary work-- done for the furtherence of the Church of Flying Lead. New adherents are often seen being absolved of their sins in full pronal supplication and displaying bloody stigmata. The Third World is ripe with new members ready to join.

Oh hell no. The worst damage was in The Pearl, which is about the ritziest neighborhood in the greater downtown area... that's chock-full of Hillary voters.

I'm sorry, Dins, that was a poorly written statement which you may have misinterpreted. I meant that the hipsters were burning down their own neighborhood. They know better than to try and burn down the ghetto, assuming that is, that p-land has a ghetto.

I understood you correctly. None of those SJWs live in the million-dollar-plus condos in the neighborhood where most of the damage occurred. The car dealership that got trashed is a little more hood-ish, but not too bad.

And Portland doesn't really have traditional "ghettos" (take a look at the pics -- even the BLM people are white), but there are, like most/all big cities, some rough neighborhoods, which aren't very close to where the action was (with the exception of Old Town, which isn't too far from most of the activity).

There's very few places around here that I wouldn't feel completely comfortable walking around by myself late at night (Old Town is one of them, but it's also where the cops are). I think the rest all revolve around government housing projects (shocker).

Oh, and on a sidenote -- anyone remember Micah White? He's the guy who started the Occupy Walls Street "movement" (which he deemed a failure).

Well, after all that, he moved to the Oregon Coast town of Nehalem (which is right next to Manzanita, which gotjust about wiped out by the tornado last month). He's probably the only non-northern Euro or Hispanic in town. After establishing residence in the city of 267, he ran for mayor.

He lost, 138-36. Man, I hope they found someone competent to deal with a city budget that has to be at least $300.

Awesome little town-BTW. I end up there often.
