TNC 2005

Post by Shoalzie »

With this new board up and running, I'd just like to say that I'm moving the Tuesday Night Challenge exclusively to The One Board this season. Even if TOT is still around by then, I'm sure it wouldn't be worth the time to run it from there.

Just sayin...

Might wanna clue us in on the TNC.

Also, there is a group of us from Smackboard that have had a Fantasy Baseball League for the last 5 years.

This year we had 10 teams, a live draft and used the Roto format.

We could always use a couple more solid owners if anyone's interested.

Yep. Tuesday Night Challenge. I used to ignore it for the first year or so. Then once I started doing the picks, it was cool. Make sure to jump in when it starts. 8)

As everyone has said, it's just a pick-the-winner game. It's every week on Tuesdays since most teams are in action that day. You guys can do your fantasy league...this game is a seperate deal. I'm already in an ESPN and CBS keeper league so I'm not interested in playing in another fantasy league.

This is just a game for everyone on the board that wants to pick winners of games. No entry required of course but we keep standings and the top players get to play in a playoff at the end of the season. This'll be my third year of running this game going back to TOT. Most have been happy with how it has gone. I hope we can get a big turnout for the 2005 season.

I'd like to thank Jesus for helping me with the picks last year. All glory goes to Jesus and the 314.

Although my team will suck badly without Mr. "I speak from my Agents ass" Beltran, I am so fucking pumped for opening day. Best day EVER!

Grilling with beer in hand, chilling on the patio with a 'Stros game on the screen is fucking $$$.

I haven't posted Week 1 since I haven't seen any listings of probable starters yet. Hopefully there will be something up by Saturday. There's only 8 games on Tuesday so if I can't get the thread up to give you guys enough time to make your picks, I'll hold off until the following Tuesday to start our season.
