The next T.O.?????

Post by M2 »

The word around camp, is that Marcus Maxwell looks like a clone of Terrell Owens with more speed and athletic ability.

Looks like the Niners have found another gem at wide-receiver!

I found a video of him at Oregon... Tell me what you think?

The first 3 minutes are of him talking, then it gets to the action.

I just hope he doesn't have T.O.'s attitude, but it looks like his teammates actually like him, unlike T.O.

Hit full screen on the video.

Marcus Maxwell

What round did he get drafted? I mean I know he played against NFL caliber DBs in the Pac-10 but......

7th round, and my boy is from the San Francisco Bay Area....

just like another gem from the Bay Area... Tom Brady...

he'll be the best wide receiver in football in a few years, if not by the end of this season...

Thanks for all your input, football fans...

Just remember, we know wr's here in the Bay Area... and I called it.

Being that you're from North Carolina and have no idea, about Pro Sports...

Even if you're a Pat's fan...

You have no idea what being the best is all about...

5-0 in Super Bowls....

From what I've seen of him in 5 practices.

Exactly which part of his promo film was supposed to showcase his ability? Is he angling for a broadcasting job? His "highlights" looked ordinary at best.
Now pretty please, with sugar on top, clean the fucking car.

It's the only highlight film I could find of him.

You have to admit, he looks very much like T.O. in size and playing style.

I'm just going by what the Niner players have said about him in practice. They would know.

and coaching...

it's a win, win...

JP comes back this year....

and Nolan says he's in the same league as LT and Ray Lewis...

He would know...

He was both of their coach, in their hayday....

Just a heads up Whiner fan. You have a rookie playing Qb this year on what is still technically and unproven O-line. Good luck sniffing 5 wins this year.

But they have the future best QB the league has ever seen, and he'll be tossing the skin to the future best WR ever to play the game. m2 says so. I say 12-4, and another Lombardi!

Damn, m2. Could you be anymore myopic?

Now Frank Gore is a future hall of famer?

The Hall of Fame triplets who never touched the NFL field. Fucking classic!

Different ownership, different coaches, different era. If you think this Maxwell guy is the next T.O.Jerry Rice,John Taylor etc,you need your head examined. As long as John York is your owner, a Super Bowl is a laughable goal.

If there's all this hype and he's that good then why wasn't he drafted until the 7th round? :?

He'll clear waivers, and will be on the practice squad. That is what they were looking to due with him.
