If more citizens were armed, we could see a reduction of these types of premeditated psyco attacks . . . HOWEVER, We would see a rise in emotionally-fueled, heat of the moment shootings where people who lose control find themselves with a gun in their hands. Bar fights would turn into bar shootings....
