No shit, I have an account but seldom look any more. The big thing in the marketing world now is that so many business's were devoting too much to social media activities and ignoring other channels and when FB decides to change their algorithms to squash commercial content, even paid advertising and push the political / covid bullshit to the users, then the commercial exposure has all but vanished in the last 2 months. Clients indicated that in the last 4 months they had not seen any Facebook ads relative to the product line.

Marketing is scrambling to move resources around to different channels that they have not been using so impressions are way down in those sociual channels. Radio, which I had pretty much called for dead in the last 6 months is making a push with the weakness in the social media market. There has been a flurry of adaptive adds, which play on the safety and adaptations business are making to keep people coming in during this covid fantasy. These range from a mere recognition of the coivd to full blown covid shit in every sentence in a 30 second spot.

I have a client who is a regional equipment distributor with 4 locations here in freedom loving Central and Eastern Oregon. We played a bunch of different adds and decided to just run our normal radio adds with no covid / safe / challenging times references. The adds now stand out to all the other pandering suck up fear shit adds the car dealers and others are running. Our target client base is very agricultural, rural and conservative. Sales have been normal to slightly up over last year so it must be working. We did a quick client survey via internet and got almost a 40% response from the pool and they were overwhelmingly opposed to suck up ads and indicated their buying habits have changed very little since all the fear mongering started. Hence our decision not to run adaptive radio adds or any kind of adaptive marketing. Radio is still big here, since the area is rural and remote and streaming is not readily available.

Someone didn't want the contents of the letter released. JFK Jr. is dead, what could possibly be in the letter to continue redacting? And if they couldn't find out who really wrote it or whose fingerprints those were 20 years ago, they can find out now.
