Take the George Floyd Challenge...
George Floyd had:
* Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Heart Disease
* Covid19. He tested positive in April and was still Covid19 Positive at the time of his Death.
* He had a potentially lethal dose of Fentanyl in him. Not to mention he also tested positive for Meth and several other drugs. He had more shit in him than a hopped-up race horse.
Here's the George Floyd Challenge:
Nevermind the Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Heart Disease...
First, you must get yourself Covid19 Positive. Then you must go do Meth and Fentanyl. Then go to a Mom and Pop Deli and try to pass a fake $20 Bill.
Go sit on your car and wait for the Cops to come. When the Cops come...try to jostle with them until you sneak a couple dime bags out of your pocket and slide them on the ground.
Once you do this...you will have passed the George Flody Challenge.

Re: Take the George Floyd Challenge...
They aren't convicting this Cop of 2nd Degree Murder...it will be a hung jury or some MUCH lesser charge.
That bullshit kneel-on-the-neck tactic he used is an approved method for Non-Lethal Force...
What is more...this arrest happened during the height of a pandemic. George Floyd was initially resisting, until he was able to get rid of a pair of Dimebags he had in his possession...

So you are down for the drug war. Nice move.
How often were the four murders tested?
I wonder how many times he was trained to choke out a handcuffed American for 8mins?

This has nothing to do with the Drug War...which I do no support.
Some 6'6" 280-pound career criminal had a fatal dose of Fentanyl in his system when he was arrested for passing a fake $20 Bill.
They won't convict this Cop in Court.

Re: Take the George Floyd Challenge...
If it was fatal why did he need to be choked out? Have you ever seen anyone take a fatal dose of fent? Do you even know how it kills?
You don’t kill people for passing a “fit” 20 even when you do know their mens rea.
But at least this troll is a bit more reasonable 88.

George Pink Floyd also does porno....VERIFIED by his tattoo.
By the way...my penis is much BIGGER than his penis.
So much for the myth.

IQ Test for BTW:
If it’s a “non-lethal” restraint, how come it killed him?
If it’s truly non-lethal when applied as specified then the cop must have intentionally applied it in a lethal and illegal manner. Maybe he should be tried for 1st degree murder.

Question #2 for Panty Wasted Moron.
Given that dude was not a model citizen, when did any of those violations become capital crimes?
Bonus Question:
Who appointed rogue cop to be judge, jury and executioner?

Read the State's initial Autopsy report...
That same Police Tactic was used several hundred other times by police in Minneapolis...no one died.
It was lethal this time because the goon had massive health issues unrelated to Covid19, plus he had a lethal dose synthetic Heroin in his system, plus he had Covid19.
As for my IQ:
You can take the test here: https://test.mensa.no/?fbclid=IwAR1WJHh ... MVOxqM-1uw

Re: Take the George Floyd Challenge...
I can't wait for the trial....
The jury will see Pink Floyd so drunk that he can barely stand.
The jury will see Pink Floyd passing counterfeit currency.
The jury will see Pink Floyd resisting arrest and jumping out of the police car
The jury will see the toxicology report with all the drugs in his system and COVID 19
The jury will see the cause of death report that RULES out suffocation.
All they need is ONE juror to say "NOT GUILTY!"
Put me in coach! NOT GUILTY!
And don't even get me started on the SJW Cop that was only on his 4th day on the job.
You think a jury is going to convict that guy?
Or the hmong. You think the jury is going to convict a hmong just standing around doing nothing wrong?
This trial is Baltimore all over again....All the cops will be FREED!

He was approved to do that restraint tactic. He did it. He was being heckled by people telling him how to do his job while he did it.
The "victim" is a Covid19 Positive tweaker...with major medical issues and enough drugs in his system to kill a horse. It will be a hung jury. All you need is a single stubborn person on the jury sympathetic to Police...and it's a hung jury.

Re: Take the George Floyd Challenge...
When I received my LE training way back in the mid 80's most agencies in CA banned choke holds.
We were instructed in the use of the carotid artery restraint. In that training we were instructed that when the suspect begins to lose consciousness we were to immediately release the hold, and I'm sure that the MPD gave the same instructions if such a choke hold was in compliance with department policy.
Yet Chauvin didn't get off of Floyd's neck until nearly 3 minutes after he lost consciousness.
Chauvin should be going in the hole for 40 years.

Or grew weed and nobody died?
Drove 80 in a 65?
Or drove home .10 and did just fine?
People with brains don’t just look at one side they weigh utility vs risk. There is no utility in a choke hold on a dude in handcuffs with three other cops around. And your attitude is why people are not going to just take a conviction in this case and walk away at least not a lot more people than last time. So I hope this troll makes you feel better about yourself 88, you fucking POS.

Kill a horse... More lying.

JSC I agree with your take on the excessive force. Where I think you are wrong is if the races were reversed. If Floyd was white and the cop was white or balck none of us would be discussing this.Jsc810 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 08, 2020 10:55 pm Pickle, I'll stipulate for sake of discussion that Mr. Floyd (1) was a career criminal who was engaged in a crime on the day of his death, (2) that he had drugs in his system, and (3) that he had a serious medical history.
None of that changes the fact that excessive force was used against him.
And you know it.
The only reason you are worked up over this situation is due to the races of the people involved. If Mr. Floyd was white and the police officer was black, you would not be talking the way you are now, you would be taking Mr. Floyd's position.
That is intellectually dishonest and again demonstrates your racism. You know it, and we know it too.

The corrupt cops will face justice.
Floyd was a piece of shit criminal. A sociopath.
Mike Brown was a sociopath.
Prosecute corrupt cops, BUT do NOT honor violent animal sociopaths.

My first reaction to the article was about the same as I get reading other articles regarding holds and restraints (pet peeve, actually). What the Times & many other media outlets dont get is that there's a choke hold & there's a carotid artery restraint...they're not the same. The choke hold applies the forearm across the esophagus to restrict a person's ability to breathe. One of the primary dangers of the choke hold is that if the esophagus is collapsed completely it may not revert to its original condition after the hold is released (the interior of the esophagus was described to us as "sticky"). For this reason even back then officers in SD County were banned from applying them. With the carotid artery restraint the bicep & forearm are applied to the carotid arteries to prevent bloodflow to the brain. However, even the CAR can be dangerous when the suspect isn't sufficiently controlled, causing the forearm to move over the esophagus. That's what happened in the SD case, as the suspect was on PCP.
The problem I have with banning the CAR is that it removes a rung from the ladder of force. It will mean that officers unable to control a suspect with a baton or chemical agent will then be left with only lethal force to use, and that's a lot more deadly than the CAR.

Re: Take the George Floyd Challenge...
Technically there is no such thing as a choke hold. You choke on the inside, outside pressure is strangulation, but cops want to be able to kill people without using "strangulation hold" so they changed the English language.

That was written by 9 women and a couple dudes. No one listens to women, even if they have PhD MD after their names.
The majority of the authors are psychiatrists. The rest ER doctors.
It's a great piece on media manipulation, and the (intentional) loss of nuance when translating from specialist to general audience.
