I'll take your calls off the air and listen for your responses........

Get room 222 at the Howard Johnson at I-5 & Leucadia Blvd. in Encinitas & catch the mothership.

Don't forget to bring your purple shroud & Nikes.

Wow, what a mouth-watering picture you paint.

Felix, let me know if you're ever in Chicago. I'll guide you to this somewhat-okay pizza place that I can't think of right now.

You're probably thinking of El Indio. Meh.

If one gets to North San Diego County, they should go to either Fidel's or Tony's Jacal in Solana Beach. Best you'll ever have.

If you're in a pinch for time, Roberto's Taco Shop (everywhere) are good for to-go messican.

Play your round of golf in the a.m. and fortify your imagination of being on tour with a few hearty libations during play.

Wolf down a hotdog and continue boozing until you wind up at Cheetahs strip club. Tell the servicemen in there that you hear they like sucking black cock. Change libation to a clear liquor for antiseptic use and take a cab to an indian casino and blow the rest of your budget on roulette played with cards.

I was there for a weekend in 2012 to catch the Phillies against the Padres. I didnt get to see much but I did spend a few hours in La Jolla and checked out the Children's Pool Beach. It a beach cove that seal mom's use to beach themselves when they are preggers. From what I have heard, they finally stopped letting people come down the steps to get close to the mom seals. All the people were causing undue stress on the mom's and early births.

Also had decent Mexican in Old Town section (can't remember the name of the place- might have been Miguel's) and a nice slice of Pizza at Surf Rider Pizza Cafe.

Hit up the Gaslamp one night. First, have a drink at Noble Experience. Truly different and fun. Go to Little Italy and have some Italian food. Also, Donovans, gaslamp, a steakhouse is my favorite restaurant. End with a stop at Ghiradelli for dessert.

Take a couple hours on the Midway. The number one thing to do in San Diego. You can also see the Maritime Museum while you are down there.

Bernardo winery. Haven't been here, but it's popular.

Ocean Beach. Hippie beach, beautiful pier and scenery.

Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier. Lots of restaurants and people watching too.

Old Town. Has become a little touristy, but I like the little museums, the Whaley House and maybe a 15 minute shopping experience. The food in Old Town isn't my favorite. The Old Town Mexican Café is the most popular, but I don't see why.

Balboa Park. My favorite is the Museum of Man and the Marsden House.

I'll think of some more. The weather here has been phenomenal.

I love the Zoo. I always had year round passes when the kids were younger. SeaWorld I can live without. I don't agree with the small enclosures for the animals. LEGOLAND is fantastic! But, you need to go with a kid that's around 11 or younger. preferably one who's really into Lego's.

There are a bunch of Mexican restaurants in Old Town. Every one of them is as good as the other. I don't think you can get bad Mexican food here.

Pure Platinum in Kearny Mesa.

Pacer's and the Body Shop near the Sports Arena.

If you have a couple extra hours take a drive up to the Palomar Mountain Observatory.

Hit some wineries in Temecula on the way back. Probably not such a good idea to do the wineries first.

Stone Brewery and World Bistro in Escondido.

Go to Point Loma to see Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, the Cabrillo National Monument and the Old Point Loma Lighthouse. There's also a way cool wastewater treatment plant out there.

Wrong.

Rouladen, schnitzel, spaetzle, many kinds of sausages, saurbraten, braised pork, potato dumplings, potato pancakes, the entire repetoire of Pennslyvania Dutch cooking.

You're a dipshit.

You are speaking outta your ass. I've been in Dusseldorf... Stuttgart, Essen, Frankfurt in addition. While not my favorite, German food can be damned good. Try fucking harder to find good food next time.

With that said, stay away from venison in Stuttgart. Medium rare=well done shoe leather.

Don’t forget that 8th wonder of the world, German potato salad. Nasty, inedible concoction. The French cook with wine, the Germans cook with vinegar. Enough said. The sum total of good German food is bratwurst and beer.

Schnitzel, Brotchen, und Brezeln not to your liking? And what of the Käsebruch you cheesehead tards are so fond of? As for Kartoffelsalat being a "nasty, inedible concoction" - clearly, you ain't doing it right.

It's not a damn school field trip.

Wastewater treatment plant??

Yeah, maybe he could go to a firehouse and watch them hose down the trucks.
Or stop and watch a construction site.
Or... go to a ballet.
