Rice vs Johnny Cash in game

Post by Left Seater »

Props to the Owls for a good first quarter. I didn't think we would be able to hang offensively, but we are doing a good job offensively. Who knows what would have happened had we not dropped that third down pass at mid field.

I thought we might score 21 in this game total, and am very surprised at 14 in the first. ATM just seems to be waiting to get to the second half and Johnny Cash. That is dangerous, cause he isn't going to help their defense.

I wonder what the hell the defense did to get more than half the starters suspended?

I understand half of these guys are backups on the ATM defense, but they were still good enough to make the 2 deep. RICE is handling them when we go straight ahead. Wide plays are not as successful due to the speed difference.

But damn ATM, you better hope your Defense gets a ton better soon or Bama will kill this defense.

Rice looks good.

Ross is a load at 230 and McHargue is impressive. Other than not handing it off to Ross on the dive and trying to take it around the corner on that last 3rd and 1.

Definitely a cheap shot. But targeting?

Had to leave for my game early in the 3rd.

Just saw the replay on the targeting call. Questionable at best. But, the hit was completely unnecessary. Why hit the RICE player at all? Plenty of time to pull off so the only reason to hit him was to hurt or punish.

On another note Johnny Cash just proved again what an A-Hole he is. This is exactly the kind of guy that the Aggies always call out on other teams, yet embrace him because he is theirs. Nice double standard Aggies. Here's hoping JohnnynCash has an injury (not serious long term) that keeps him out most of the season, and that his backup leads ATM to a good season.

Just caught the highlight package.....what a immature douchebag JC is. Jim McMahon thinks Johnny is a malcontent

The coaches don't agree with you.

Neither does the NFL.

We as officials don't like throwing players out either.

We also pretty much hate the annual changes to the blocking below the waist rules.
