OCmike's Humpday Challenge

There is only one rule: No more than one correctly answered question per person, per hour.

1. What was the name of Teri Hatcher’s character on Seinfeld?

2. How could you get a staph infection from a mosquito bite?

3. What country did the gun on a Panzerjäger come from?

4. Who has coached the Baltimore Colts, Indianapolis Colts and Baltimore Ravens?

5. Who has the most games rushing for 100 or more yards in a regular season?

6. Who held the NFL record for career rushing touchdowns by a quarterback before Steve Young broke the record in 1998?

7. Who resigned after coaching 13 games for the New York Jets in 1976?

8. Who holds the record for most yards rushed in a season?

9. Who set an NFL record for the most 200-yard rushing games in a season with four in 1980?

10. Where would you find a whammy bar?

11. What duo had a hit in the 1980’s with “Solid”?

12. Who sang the song “Raindrops Keep Fallin on my Head?”

13. How did William Shatner’s wife die?

14. What movie do Jay Mohr, Dave Chappelle, Kate Hudson, and Christina Ricci have in common?

15. Who was Henry McCarty better known as?

16. Who was shot dead during a game of poker, holding what is now termed "The Dead Man's Hand"?

17. What is better known as the "Dunlap Broadside"?

18. What was the name of the other man who left Boston the same time as Revere and with the same message?

19. In Desperate Housewives, which item of clothing started Edie's house fire?

20. In the series M*A*S*H, which character had a daughter named Erin?

Poor question. These were slapdash improvisations with dozens of variants. They used German, Czech and Soviet guns on German, French or Czech chassis.
My source said czech guns. I guess you get credit. :D

Not to go Dins, but that was a rather poorly worded question.
6. Who held the NFL record for career rushing touchdowns by a quarterback before Steve Young broke the record in 1998?
Kemp played almost his entire career in the AFL. Only one season in the NFL before the AFL formed (certainly not enough time to set this record), and he was retired by the time of the merger. A trick question, at the least.

Fair enough. Should have said AFL/NFL. That's what I get for using outside sources for questions... Although I do get all of my NFL trivia questions from the same site and that's the first one that's had any issues.

Not really. AFL stats have been counted, since the merger as if they were NFL stats for the purpose of individual records.
