NES games for Xbox

Post by Killian »

I know this has been/can be done, I just don't know how to do it. I posess no computer knowledge, so I can't do it myself. I ran across a site that was selling thousands of games on an Xbox disc, but I lost the bookmark. What is the easiest way to do this?

Whatever you do, DON'T use Google to search for it.

Yeah, I could do that and get 7 million responses and not know what the hell I'm looking for. Or I could come to our tech and gaming forum and see if anyone could narrow the search just a wee bit for me. That is a tough call.

Are you using a dashboard like Avalaunch or EvoX?

If so, you need a NES emulator and the ROMS. Navigate to the folder you keep your emulator (probably F) launch it, and load the ROM you want to play.

A good NES emulator is FCEU or NESticle.

A good ROM site would be ROMNation.net (?)

Wow. I appreciate the help, but what you just said is a different language to me. I was just looking for a dvd that would play on my xbox without getting into loading anything onto it's hard drive.

My xbox is the same as it was the day I took it out of the box. Nothing added to it at all.
