Hey all....

I have a picture of a guy and I need to know if its possible to animate his chin? Quick summary- my brother's drummer has a tendency to lead with his chin when they are playing (just a funny quirk). We make fun of him all the time... so I want to see if we can animate part of a pic to have his chin moving around.
