Ravens at Bengals

Post by War Wagon »

Fuck the greed of the NFL network and Time Warner cable.

Thanks to Bri, I'm now sitting at home during a freaking blizzard and watching this game live on my monitor.

You da' man!
Go here, install Sopcast and open the link to the game.

You need to get direct TV or Dish -
Direct TV is better but Dish is cheaper.

Fuck Comcast

I don't need to get anything. I've got what I want, now.

I'm actually quite satisfied with Time Warner digital cable and roadrunner high speed internet.

Nary a problem, and if there is, their help desk will stay on the phone until they help you get it fixed.

It's all good.

Maybe Time Warner is better than Comcast was.

They had it up to $90 per month for 90 channels and HBO.

Direct TV I get 140 and HBO, CMax, Show, Starz for $90 and the DVR.

That and we got the the sunday ticket which was pretty cool

Note to dumbass Bryant Gumbel:

When a team has the ball on the opponents side of the field and then gains some yards to whatever yard line, they moved the ball down to that point, not up to.

Gawd, that guy needs to get the fuck out the booth, 'cause he truly is the most clueless play by play announcer I've ever heard.

I hadn't heard (or maybe chose to mentally block out) Gumble till last week's game.

Absolutley the worst (OK maybe tied with Musberger)

His monotone is bad enough, but add in the stupidity and you may as well let Dennis Miller have the job

He said the score was 3-0 at the half when it was 6-0.

Good Lord, when you can't even get the damn score right, it's time to hang it up.

Gee... Where's Duane tonight telling us how jacked the Raves are?

They kinda look like the same team as when Boeller was there

Baltimore will have games like that. When they came to Denver in similar conditions, they didn't do shit. They are still a threat regardless. If they get the Bengals at home again, they'll win.
