Very few freshmen enrolled anywhere, and I can vouch that at least one of those ranked teams doesn't even have an OC.

But I'm sure it's quite accurate.

Interesting. ESPN has Oregon at #8 in the Pac12.

Just goes to show, it's all clickbait WAG at this point.

And we'll click and click until September rolls around. BTPCFB fans are suckers like that.

And next week's poll will have Kal at #2, and Indiana at #14... gets more clicks.

Based on the potential of hiring Kelly, maybe they should be at #2. Or #1.

Chipper may be a dick, but he's not stupid.

Look at Kal's last several coaches, and ask yourself...

Where are they now?

I don't know, either.

Berkeley is where coaches go to die. Tedford was an amazing coach, and won 10 games at that black hole of football... every heard another word about him?

CharlesK has options -- Kal would be the worst of them.

That said, a decent January ranking might sell a few tickets. Hell, there's enough weeks left to rotate every FBS team through the top 10 -- let's do this!

Whenever I want good info on BTPCF, I go to a website that focuses on pro football.

It's January. Might as well talk to Crazy Aunt Ester, an she'll be about as accurate as anyone.

Oregon doesn't have an OC... they're "ranked."

How many freshmen have even enrolled right now? Less than a hundred across the country?

i agree Cal is a mediocre job.....jus sayin'....but Tedford took the Fresno State job last month.

Spike Dykes was pretty average at best. poor poor man's Mike Leach. one trick pony. he and Cal were a mutual mercy kill.

I think Tags is starting completely anew. But Yost was absolutely LOVED by the players. There have been decommits who have directly stated that they're not coming because Yost is leaving.

Not sure how he'd do as an OC, but I'd be OK with him as a hire. Recruiting machine.
