It might be murky, but by law, yeah, I think it is likely that he will be found guilty as charged.

He did "coerce" others by exposing them to contempt and/or ridicule.
Whether he actually intimidated anyone is debatable, imo, but I think it will probably be found that he had intent to keep others from enjoying their right to assemble as they were.
He's probably skrewed.

The prosecutor will never win this. All the kid has to do is claim freedom of speech or that he was enroute to a interpetive dance meeting and wanted to see what all the commotion was about. Any attempt to connect silverback gorillas to black people would be met with an incredulous shrug.
