On the local Ducks TV show, one of the hosts is former OL Carson York. On the pregame show, a caller/studio guest (the broadcast from a bar) suggested the Ducks have been getting "screwed" by the PAC refs.
York's response: "You know who's really been getting screwed by the refs? The PAC12."
A look down the most penalized teams would indicate there's a problem. Last couple of seasons, the PAC teams didn't really dominate the penalty list until league play got going.

USC had enough players to finish the Stanford game. They had enough players to go 6-1 into this game. I guess when they lose they can pull that excuse out but when they win it's nowhere to be seen. Go ahead and keep Eddie O. He won a bunch of game they should have won because they just have better talent but in the end losing will make shuck bring out his list of excuses.....wait ND altar boy smack talk coming within the 5th sentence of his reply.....
