thank god! i just read the blip in rolling stone.
i sure hope the can get their shit together and tour this summer!

Didn't know they 'officially' broke up. Thought they were just on temporary hiatus so Chris Robinson could release a solo disc. That said, By Your Side rocks. :)

i didn't even bother to give his cd a listen.

did you?

LIONS was pretty good, as was that live cd they released a few summers ago.

a summer tour would really be nice!

Awesome...best news I've heard in months. I was going to see the 'Crowes and Oasis back in '01 but the concert fell on the same weekend as my sister's high school graduation and I couldn't go. I thought that would've been the last time I could see them. How soon until they start recording/touring?

that Live Greek record they made with Jimmy Page was a lot better than I EVER THOUGHT it would be.

emphasis on the LZ III and Physical Graf stuff was cool. a surprise since Jimmy had been cashing in on crappy the name/records/tours for a while.
