Bears Go Down on Aubie

Post by Carson »

Auburn, and its weakest talent pool since Terry Bowden was run off, goes into Franken Berry Gulch and despite a 4th quarter rally by the refs, WINS IN CALIFORNIA FOR THE FIRST TIME EVAH.

And who did they beat? Why, the perennial national champion feCal bears, that's who.

It should be noted for the record that Kal outrushed Auburn, had more total yards than Auburn, had fewer turnovers than Auburn, had more first downs than Auburn, and had more hippies hiding in trees than did Auburn. Kal owned the scoreboard!!

m2 musta offed himself. No sign of him since that game.

It’s understandable. I feel the same way when Bama loses to AU.

I guess the ACC needed a program to keep Boston College company at the bottom.

FeCal comes to Auburn tomorrow.

It's going to be... too funny.

But Cal is the one laughing leading 21-7 in the 4th quarter.

Cal got 2 shit calls by the refs, now 21-14.

That wasn't targeting, and the other play wasn't PI.

I was flipping channels. Didn't see the targeting, but saw the PI call. Twas bullshit. FeCal almost got jobbed.

But the worst call I saw all day in my drive-by viewing of CFB was a spot during the NIU vs. Notre Dame game. The runner was 1.5 yards past the line to gain on 3rd and short late in the game, but the zebras spotted the ball a yard short of the line to gain and then, after a review, allowed the spot to stand. It made NIU kick the go-ahead field goal with 30 seconds to go instead of centering the ball and doing it with 5 seconds to go. Didn't affect the outcome of the game. But it was a bad, bad spot.
