Clickbait: fired from law firm for calling Whole Foods ghetto
Should the law firm have fired him outright, or placed him on administrative leave instead? or done nothing?
Was their proof he made the post and no one else?
Why didn't he just wear a mask?
Should Whole Foods have provided masks, if demanding customers to wear them?
Is it unconstitutional to demand citizens wear PPE?

Whole Foods is a private enterprise, as is Costco.
This has nothing to do with the Constitution, no matter how much you ignoramuses want to believe otherwise.
Seriously, get an education. You'll go much farther in life.
If you don't like their dress code, take your business elsewhere.

Re: Clickbait: fired from law firm for calling Whole Foods ghetto
Regarding the law firm, most professional service providers hire their employees "at will" meaning that they can fire you for any reason or no reason at all.
When you get hired, if you ever get hired, you might want to read the employee handbook and familiarize yourself with their policies. Many of them state up front that you can and will be fired for being an asshole in public (in so many words).

Nothing, IMO.

Don't know.
Why didn't he just wear a mask?
Because he didn't need to goin there badly enough?
Should Whole Foods have provided masks, if demanding customers to wear them?
If they want to. They are a private business. It is their choice.
Is it unconstitutional to demand citizens wear PPE?
It is unconstitutional to demand I wear it any place you don't own. WF has the right to demand people wear them in their store. As far as I'm concerned, they have the right to make you wear a fukking bow-tie. IT'S THEIR FUKKING PLACE!!!!

My guess is he’s the sort of insufferable twat who they regretted hiring 10 minutes after he started. Had he been a valuable employee, someone likely would have sat him down and told him to stop being inter web tough guy.
He gave them the rope. They hanged him.

Funny how pro union libtard who claims to be for worker rights and all that bullshit, would happily ruin some shmuck for harmless interweb dick waving.
They should be allowed to fire him because private companies have the right to fire whomever they fukking feel like firing.
He should not be disbarred. He did NOTHING that would warrant being disbarred. Your wishing disbarment says a lot. You aren't concerned with individual rights, but about stepping on those that don't follow "the rules".

There is none.
It was completely harmless dick waving, by someone who is a little tired of this half-assed lockdown.
Actually, it really wasn't even dickwaving. More just a case of venting his frustration, which is understandable.

Did he direct his comments to the POTUS?
Nope.
Did he direct the comments to a specific person?
Nope.
He directed his comments to "some lame ass security guard".
He may as well have directed them to the Easter bunny.
This was nothing more than some dude venting a little.
But you, like the rest of your facist buddies don't care about the rights of a citizen to blow off a little steam, because in this case, said citizen is on the wrong side.
For whatever reason, ending this lockdown bullshit and getting back to business has become the Republican view.
Not sure why?
When someone wants to exercise their right to do something THEY approve of, dems are all about constitutional rights. But that this guy. He basically just used a graphic way of saying he's tired of the bullshit.

There's a world of difference between blowing off steam & using the threatening language that this member of the "well-regulated militia" used. If you can't see that you need to get a refund from whatever school was supposed to teach you reading comprehension.

Had he actually made the sort of comments TO an actual person, there would be reason to take action against him.
Just as talking about grabbing women by the cooch as Trump did, is different from actually doing it, as Gropey Joe did.....allegedly.
But he didn't.
He simply vented.
I still think that the company is within their rights to fire him, as I respect private property rights, and that company is private property. You, on the other hand want the state to control such things and play thought police.

You do know that lawyers in many states get the walk past security in courthouses? That's because they are officers of the Court. They are held to a higher standard than other people. It's not okay for an officer of the court to talk about shooting people in a supermarket.

If ranting on social media is evidence of mental instability, a large chunk of the population is guilty. I mave have taken part in a bit of it from time to time. What evidence have you of mental instability? He ranted, on SM, about a topic which is due a little ranting.

He did not specifically talk about shooting any person in particular. Had he named a specific person and directed the rant towards said person, then there is a problem. This was some dope blowing off steam. And given the circumstances we find ourselves in, it is understandable.

"Pricey ammo but worth it in this situation." "I have more power than they do...they just don't know it yet."
This was immediately following his range score card with his "pricey" ammunition so don't try to pretend like he was talking about his purchasing power. He is completely unhinged. He should have been scooped up with a net and sent to a nuthouse for a 72 hour psych hold.
Harmless? How the fuck would any of you know if this loon is harmless? Based on what?

He was just ranting, as far as I can tell.
Of course I don't know this douchebag. It may be that the owners of the company already had suspicions. Pretty sure he wasn't in the running for employee of the month.
In the end, it's their call because they own the fukking company.

First rule of holes: Stop digging. Threats do not need to be specific.
He was implying a violent response to "this situation." Surely he wasn't referring to a need for Hornady hollow point rounds to poke holes in paper. Nor was he a desperate small business owner trying to save his livelihood. He is a petulant faggot who reacted with rage because he was required to wear a mask in order to purchase his organic, non-GMO, gluten free quinoa dildo salad.
Clearly this individual is not "well regulated."

No, they needn't be specific.
But, when they are specific, they are far more serious. His was rather vague.
By itself, I wouldn't consider it grounds for termination. My guess is this wasn't seen by many....till he got sacked.
Were this guy an otherwise solid dude and valued employee, it likely would have resulted in a talking to and request to delete it and not be a dumbass in the future. Tell him he'd be monitored and further dumbfukkery would result in more serious action.
