I would modify it slightly.

I think people born female should have the right to compete with males. If there is a sport where it is demonstrated that women have an inherent advantage, I would be fine with having the limitations go the other way. To the best of my knowledge, such a sport does not exist.

Or we could simply declare all sports open to everyone, which would effectively eliminate all elite level female competition with very few exceptions. We'd still have gymnastics and ice skating. Maybe diving.

Track and field-gone.

Basketball-gone

Softball-gone, all though some of them bitches can bring it pretty well as pitchers, so maybe.... but all the other position players/hitters-gone.
