You're welcome. He didn't want to be here anyway. But fuck you about Blake Snell.

I've got tickets for Giants/Padres on Saturday. Probably a rainout but we'll go down there and, if there's no game, just go out to dinner.

He didn't look so good in Seoul. Neither did Musgrove. We'll see.

Deep down you're Giants fan.

You grew up in the Bay area.

That's why you're going to the game on Saturday.

Looks like there's a lot of Giants fans at the game.

1-0 Giants.

I think you've got me there. I was at my oldest best friend's house in Portola Valley on 11/1/2010. That was one of the greatest days in human history. Right up there with 1/24/1982.

I don't expect ever to experience anything like that in San Diego. But we have better weather and warmer water.

Edit: I could be a D-Backs or Rockies fan it it means fucking over the Dodgers.

We have trees, grass, bigger mountains, and bigger waves.

And yes, fuck the dodgers.

D-Backs fans in summer have the same waves that Padres fans have.

Damn Zonies!

You can maybe claim Santa Cruz, but that's questionable
If everybody had an ocean
Across the U.S.A.
Then everybody'd be surfin'
Like Californi-a
You'd seem 'em wearing their baggies
Huarachi sandals too
A bushy bushy blonde hairdo
Surfin' U.S.A.
You'd catch 'em surfin' at Del Mar
Ventura County line
Santa Cruz and Trestles
Australia's Narrabeen
All over Manhattan
And down Doheny Way
Everybody's gone surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A.
We'll all be planning that route
We're gonna take real soon
We're waxing down our surfboards
We can't wait for June
We'll all be gone for the summer
We're on surfari to stay
Tell the teacher we're surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A.
Haggerties and Swamies
Pacific Palisades
San Onofre and Sunset
Redondo Beach L.A.
All over La Jolla
At Waimia Bay
Everybody's gone surfin'
Surfin' U.S.A.

Webb actually pitched pretty well for six innings, and left with a 3-2 lead. I think the Giants need to worry more about their bullpen than their starters. Most starters almost never go past six anymore. Webb had thrown 97 pitches and they certainly didn’t want to blow him out in the first game of the season. Snell almost rarely goes more than six, he gets a lot of Ks but throws a whole lot of pitches to get there.

The Padres had only six wins last year where they were behind going into the seventh inning. I think that was the worst in MLB. They now have one in their first three games. Hopefully a sign of good things to come.

Didn't know triple-headers were now a thing. Boy, that's gotta be a bear for the managers.

Ummm, The Beach Boys are from slowcal.

Those are good surf spots. I wouldn't consider them big waves. I actually learned to surf at 10 years old at San Onofre. My uncle lived in Mission Viejo and took me out there to learn how to surf. I still have the 7 foot 6 Yater he gave me. Love that gun when I'm going out at Ocean Beach. Then got my own 6 foot 4 G&S swallow tail. That one snapped in half at OB when it was 15 feet. Ocean Beach in The City is a heavy fucking wave.

Getting back to big waves... Mavericks.
