The person who has the highest percentage of correct picks is the winner, not the person who has the overall most picks correct for the season.

Best percentage wins, so long as you have averaged 2 picks per week.

As Biggie noted, Steve Jobs and Dr_Phibes were co-champs last season, coming in at .583.

I think a push has always been tallied as "no pick," so it would be 2-0.

I thnk that’s correct, but I propose a rule change to make it 2-0-1. Player doesn’t get harmed on the “Minimum Bid” and percentage remains the same.

And a spicy suggestion-each player gets to designate 1 game (for the whole year) as their 3BB Triple Play Lock of the Year. If they get it right, it counts for 3-0. Lose, 0-3. Push, 0-1.

This is an interesting suggestion.

A player could keep this in his back pocket and use it near the end of the season, as a "Hail Mary" sort of thing.

Or he could use it at any point in the season, if he has very strong conviction about a certain game.

The lines that SM posts (usually early in the week) do not change at all.
If SM posts the lines on Tuesday morning, they stay that way all the way until kickoff.

I am not sure what source SM is using.

I can't recall for sure what source I used last season.

I use one of the lines provided from Covers.com. WGAF which exact source I use. I run the game, I use the lines I want to use.

If the line is different from "everywhere you look," then use that to your advantage. Sometimes mistakes are made as well. Use those to your advantage. Or whine and cry.

Correct. We've been doing this for over 15 years and nothing has changed, except that I will start counting ties toward the total pick count minimum.
