Can somebody explain to EAP how to upload pictures and post them from his phone.

He really really really wants to post pictures, but I don't know how to explain it to him.

I would be strongly in favor of a population culling effort based solely on one's intellectual ability to post a picture on the internet. Those who can, get to stay. Those who can't, get sent to the gas chamber. Who's with me? Babies excluded of course...unless they're the progeny of those too stupid to reach this benchmark.
