And yes, the California Assembly by ram rodding the state sanctuary policy into law is a form of dictatorship since that policy would not have passed if put on a ballot for citizens to decide.

My only concern with that is the psychiatric profession is highly suspect. They have made the determination that being a fag or a tranny is normal. If these are the conclusions they came up with regarding obvious deviancy, they'd likely pronounce normal gun owners are suffering from a serious mental disease.

Something needs to be done. A lady I know who is a psycho therapist for a local school district told me they identify all the problem children in elementary school. Those children get consoling, and medication if needed, all the way through high school. Then those people are on their own in California. Most states do a lot less, which brings us to smackaholic's point about improving mental health care in America. With firearm elimination for those who should not have them, along with improved mental health care nation wide, America would be a better place.

A free press is far different than a press carrying a political message. Long gone are the days of who, what, when, where and how.

Today facts are secondary to being first to report something. Opinion is found in most articles outside of the op-ed page. We have a free press, what we don’t have is a neutral press. As has been discussed before we all choose which flavor to consume our news with since there is no longer a neutral option when it comes to the press.
