The immigration plan, expected to be unveiled Monday, also includes a $25 billion fund for the border wall, an end to chain migration and ending the visa lottery system

So we keep 1.8 million brown people up front and Trump gets to stop more coming in with the changes to the lottery system.

The core of Trump’s reform is a dramatic reduction of legal immigration and changes which change the ethnic and racial makeup of the immigration which continues.

Every time i see nice another white flag, I think board bitch. As someone who votes party lines every election and swallows whatever the Dems are pitching, I find it interesting you are now considering moving to another state because California is all fucked up.

I don't agree with this deal, and I chose Trump as the lessor of two evils. This deal illustrates why Americans hate politicians, they rarely do what's best for the country, and flip flop as often as the wind changes direction. I also question how much the border wall construction companies contributed to Trump's campaign, my guess is a lot for a nice big 25 billion dollar pay off.

I have doubts the wall will ever be completed, which means it'll be another waste of tax payer dollars. Certainly if a Democrat gets elected next go around the border wall will have its funding pulled, and I am in agreement with that. Border walls are monuments to stupidity, just like the dumb ass bullet train.

I am very much in favor of tightening up our borders, though I don't believe for a minute that the wall is the answer. My understanding is that almost half of the illegals in this country entered legally, and then overstayed their visas. Has there been any discussion about this?

Exactly, no wall is going to fix that. It's also why I'm not in favor of DACA amnesty, because it sets a precedent for illegal immigration citizenship that will continue beyond the proposed 1.8 million illegal immigrants.
