Floyd also got one in 2011. Arizona has a super drunk law named after Donovan McNabb that requires jail time for first offense as McNabb did time after his second AZ DUI.

Not sure they'll get a conviction on DUI.

Asleep behind the wheel of a running car doesn't necessarily prove that he was actually driving.

Stopped in a traffic lane may not be a good thing, though.

Been practicing law in Arizona long?

In my state, the vehicle doesn't even have to be running. If you're in the driver's seat and the keys are in the ignition (and with today's keyless ignitions, it's probably even just being in the driver's seat), you're "operating a motor vehicle." And I doubt that's a unique law.
