Usually when there is controversy of this level, the candidate is not appointed. What he did or did not do is not as important as the impression that he has done things that are not acceptable.

Another thing about Bolton. Isn't an Ambasador essentialy a salesperson for America? No respectable business in America would allow one of their salemen to troll around looking like this...

Controversy of what level?? Democrats kicking and screaming still about losing the election represents an important reason to block this nomination??
