Total hit, Counselor!
Made a big vat of this stuff to take to my pop's gathering yesterday... The young'uns eschewed the pies and dug into the pudding immediately. Never realized how many people LOVE banana pudding, and this recipe proved to be the bomb-diggity. When it was all said and done, my pan looked a lot like yours, and the kids were arguing over who got to take home the leftover. Thanks for sharing Jsc... Will be making this one again soon!
