What about a gun tax?

I like this idea. A nice little gun and ammo tax, lets say, equal to the purchase price. Normal sales tax on top of that.
$500.00 gun, $100.00 of ammo, right around $1300.00 Yearly personal property tax starting at oh, I don't know, $100.00
per weapon, with escalators for caliber and type of weapon. Glock 9mm about $300.00 a year sounds fair. AR, or Bushmaster
type.... $500.00 per year. Nothing written in the 2nd amendment says you can't tax the shit out of them.

funny how the same assholes that get their panties notted over voting ID laws and scream POLL TAX!!!!!! even if the law provides for free IDs, don't have any problem with taxing the fukk outta law abiding citizens attempting to assert another constitutional right.

Yeah, great idea. How about a $10,000 tax on each abortion? Or maybe a $2,000 licensing fee for two fags who want to get married?

Good job painting 'FUCKTARD' across your forehead.

kcdave, why bother with all this anti-gun window dressing? We know what your agenda is, so let me help you out. Your second favorite president, Slick Willie Clinton, has already shown you the method by way of semantics. Just like he parsed the meaning and definition of "is," you Lefties can be literalists and claim the 2nd Amendment only covers actual upper body limbs or apendages. Or if that not glib enough for you, rename firearms like garbagemen are now sanitation engineers or bald guys are follically challenged. Guns are no longer firearms but instead are cancer or tumors and thus you banning them is a tremendous benefit to mankind, thankyouverymuch.

Rooster, I'm not sure who the hell you are.
I have not been a loyal follower of the board at times.
Apparently you haven't followed along either.

A city of heterosexuals. That is why you are unfamiliar with it.

Doron, I'm going to forgive your sins of stupidity until 6 pm local. After that, let's talk guns and armadillo burrows.

So like Panties Man, what weapons (be specific and take your time hic) did you get to use when you were in the navy (air force)?

And was there an active ROTC program there when you were in college? Read twice before answering.

Which would worry you more:

1- you find the ratio of blood/shit in your Depends every morning is going way red.

2- everyone (almost) on some internet message boards knows you are a loser and clown, and thanks you for playing.

cheers

Lewis Diguid has never had an original thought or idea beyond installing stop lights at busy intersections. He steals everything he writes from Clarence Page or Leonard Pitts.

Why am I not surprised you would echo his lock step 'never met a tax on other peoples money he didn't like' approach?

I know he did claim to be a Mission Commander on the Imperial Task Force Orion Fleet.....the Russkie Sub, not so sure, but no doubt he will claim that as well.

Cool story, bro. And seeing as how you're responding to my post, this bit of information seems rather redundant.
