Doing okay I guess. My right knee is doing great, but my left knee not so good. I’m busting my ass off doing exercises 4 times a day putting myself in pain each time. As each day goes by I keep hoping for significant change in my left knee but it still has not happened. I go in for a follow up appointment with the orthopedic surgeon Friday, not sure what they are going to do but I hope they take x-rays. I would like to know if everything in my left knee is the way it should be.
