Laviolette axed, Paul Maurice back in charge

Great idea since it worked SO well last time with Maurice.
Laviolette will land on his feet somewhere soon. It looks like just a simple shake up move...it's not like Hurricanes all that bad to begin with though. They're tied with New Jersey for 7th in the East...kind of a strange time to do this.
