I'll enjoy watching the lose/lose situation Shaq has put himself in.

Either he was mailing it in in Miami, which was essentially stealing $20 mil a year from his employer...

Or he's washed up.

Those are the only two possible outcomes of this trade.

I've lost my patience for that POS.

or perhaps its lose/lose for dinsypoo

shaq got exceptional rehab in phx and extraordinary incentive when he met with kerr, and sarver and lots of other short white guys*. AND HE DISPLAYS A GLIMMER OF PAST AND GETS THE 12 AND 8 WE LOOK FOR IN A GUY THATS BANGING THE SHIT OUT OF KOBE AND ALL THE OTHER PUSSIES IN THE WEST. I AM DONE FOR FIVETEEN MINUTES.

I agree with Dins here. He stole $$$ from Miami just so he could get a change of scenery. Selfish fuck.

Yeah MIami was a bastion of NBA titles before Shaq arrived and look where he dragged them do to... :meds:

So that makes it OK to fake injuries and mail it in for the next 1.5 years?

there is no way the suns lose this one. im predicting big things from shaq and barbosa.

shaq 14 pts 13 boards 3 blocked shots a steal and only 4 fouls

barbosa goes for thirty and 10 (turnovers)

suns 116

celtics 10

Now that Amare is in his "natural position," I'm sure the Big Dickhead is shaking in his boots.

That shit is still making me laugh. Moves to his "natural position" and gets posted up by a small forward all night long. Awesome.

Amare's "natural position" seems to be balled up in the fetal position every time his opponent has the ball.

shut up dinsdale. atrain went for 37 and 15 against a laker team that couldnt miss. tonight is going to be much much different. the celtics are going to get a shaq and amare that arent running around like. skip that, they probably will still be doing that. but im amending my previous prediction

suns 109
celt 9

Why would I be bitter when my team has knocked your team out of the playoffs and crushed their dreams so many times, I've lost freaking count?

Face it, Sunstard -- Kevin Johnson was a Sun.

A semi-truck full of testosterone and a month locked in the bedroom with Patsy Stone couldn't wash the gay off that franchise.

Matter of fact (and this conversation came up a while back while watching a game with buddies), if one thinks about the gayest gays to ever gay up the NBA, most of them played for the Suns. But at least Steve Nash and Barbosa take some of the gay away... oh, sorry. Maybe not.

Don't be so sure...

The fans usually challenge for the #1 spot on a pretty consistant basis.

I'll let you know how the Celts really look, after I check them out from my booyah seats this afternoon.

How's that trade working out for Phoenix, anyway?

Teams like Detroit, and SA come playoff time, are known for being able to turn just about any game into a defensive battle. And it kinda sucks getting into a defensive battle when you don't play any defense.

So you get what you had here today... which is the way Nash needs it -- the way he has to have it.

Funny stuff.

No shit.

They've played their last 7 of 8 at home and are a mediocre 4-4. 1-2 since Oliver Miller II suited up. Doesn't look good.

What are the current odds in Vegas on Kerr sharing color commentary with Van Gundy next year?

It's Phoenix -- I'm sure if Kerr publicly renounces any desire to field a team that plays defense, he'll be granted a stay for at least another year.
