How many HOF caliber players, not currently in the HOF, from the steroid era (1990- present) can you list?

1. Pedro Martinez.

Who else?

David Wells (maybe not HOF material, but actually he's already there)

I also doubt that Rickey was juicin'.

All at the tail end of their careers by 1990. And I doubt Whitaker gets in the Hall.
