Daytona 500 in race thread

Post by War Wagon »

Man, I live for this race. This is The HOLY GRAIL of stock car racing.

If the Truck and Busch series events were any indication, I'd say we're in for one hellacious show today.

WAR #8 making it two in a row.

Start the race already...it's like the Super Bowl with all of this friggin' pre-race stuff. Drop the green flag already and hopefully 4-1/2 hours later the race will end.

I don't follow NASCAR throughout the year but I'm partial to Dale Jr. and I always like to watch Daytona.

Cool. I'll have a few adult beverages, kick back and enjoy the race. I honestly can't say I can watch every minute of it...it's repetive after a while. I'll have it on throughout but I'll mute it from time-to-time and put some tunes on.

The Beach Boys died a long time ago. That was painful to watch.

Tony and MW looking strong so far.
I hate sigs. But I lost a stupid fucking bet because a KC Paul lookalike and his sorry ass team were inferior to the greatness that is the Pittsburg Steelers.
