Excuse me, but what the fuck is an "animal style double double"?
not sure, but, it's likely illegal in most states, outside the SEC, anyhoo.

The patties are fried in mustard and served w/ lettuce, tomato, cheese, grilled onions, pickle and spread.

That is a single animal style.

Actually, that sounds pretty good.
If you were to make this at home, what type of mustard would you use? Just plain old yellow prepared?

Yeah they grill one side, squirt some mustard on the top and flip it so it cooks into the burger. Good chit.

Whatever floats your boat. Yellow mustard, dijon, spicy brown it's all good. I'm pretty sure they use yellow at In and Out.

The opposite of fast...

Threw some stuff in the bread machine, busted the dough into buns. About to go in the oven.

While that was going down, I threw a couple of large burger patties in the Brinkmann smoker.

A few kinds of cheese, guacamole, and a slew of viggies shoud top it off well.

Eat a dick, fast food burgers.

My go to order.

Ever had animal fries? Tasty but a bit on the caloric side.

One variation at I&O that's worth trying is to order the fries well done. They leave them in the fryer a little longer and they come out nice and crispy. Also, it's a special order so they cook them up separately - usually end up with more than will fill a regular tray but they dump the whole load in the box anyway.

Bit on the caloric side. tubs?

Leave it to the caloric one to then give tips on how to boost his super duper sized order.

Yeah, don't care for 'em, even though their regular fries are shitty, too. Like I said before, the main reason they're shitty is because they use the wrong kind of potatoes (Kennebec), which are good for potato chips, but don't make good fries. As far as burgers go, the double double animal style is the bomb.

Meh. No.

Yes.

But as good as HiBoy burgers are, it is almost impossible pass on their Pork Tenderloins or Italian Steaks. And yes, their onion rings and tator tots ARE the best in the Free World.
