Why do you hate facts?
The fact is you've been on this board blowing Trump and/or attempting to spin things back against the Dims for 4 years.

Sure. Facts.

But Trump vs Hillary isn’t Trump vs Biden.

Trump didn’t cut spending like he should have. He did lower taxes which was a good thing and he took a hard line on immigration which was also good. However, he had a chance to cut spending and failed. He proved he wasn’t up to the task.

I don’t regret voting for Trump in 2016, but it is time to get someone in office who is committed to cutting spending. Neither candidate of the two major parties is that person.

We need to cut spending across the board today by 10%. Every line item, every department, everything. Then we need to eliminate whole cabinet level departments. Turn that back over to the states.

Thankfully it looks like Biden will tell the AOC wing of his party to pound sand on the Green New Deal, Medicare for all, and other crazy spending items. Hell, Biden probably benefits from having a GOP lead Senate so he doesn’t have to fight off the AOC wing of the party and can instead put blame on the Senate when it comes to Green New Deal crap.

I agree with you.

Well anyway, the economic meltdown is going to change a whole lot of things.

What comes after that remains to be seen.

Then you are an idiot. That is BrokenPsyche trying to kill those programs that can’t take a 10% cut while letting the military fat fats off easy. Fuck him for being a warmongering POS and shame on you for falling for it.

A better way to put would be that they are ineffective with that cut. And yes I know the only government you like is cops and warmongers but some of us care about people other than the violent ones.

He said every department, so I assumed defense was included.

Military spending needs to be cut bigly.

Worse, for sure.

See the *DOOM* thread.

Lots of death coming -- due to Covid and major economic problems.

Market crash.

Pensions = bye bye.

Digital dollar coming.

Probably some form of UBI coming (A. Yang).

When the physical dollar is gone, people will lament it.

Much loss of freedom.

Of course defense is included. Unless we are back to Bubba trying to redefine words.

And 10% is just the immediate start. It should probably be closer to 20%-25%. Plus the hypocrisy is in full effect here. Idiots claim greed and corporate waste and yet assume there is neither in large government programs.

Or we could just make the shit states like TX pay their fair share.
A Californian Pays $350 more to the feds than we get.
A Texan Gets $1,300 more than they pay.
