You're praising him for the wrong reason. The work that went into finding OBL included BO letting the experts do their jobs and presenting him with a fucking golden egg of go/no go. The decision to go was the easy part. Allowing the assets and processes to stay in place long enough to see this through is where he deserves the credit.
