She is listed as the Director of the company and she does much of the initial contracting work. This allows us to apply as a woman owned small business. Whatever.

First, an anti illegal immigration stance is not a racist stance. It is simply a desire to have everyone who comes into this country do so legally and play according to the same rules as the rest of us, accept the same responsibilities, and pay the same taxes. There is nothing racist about this.
