I read some time back that Portland also boasts the most churches-per-capita (although having been to Nashville, I can't imagine that being right). But if true, it means those who go to church get some serious elbow-room.

Weird how that list mirrors the list of the most intelligent people... things that make you wonder.

Portland also is the capital of people who live in so-called "tiny houses." For whatever reason these people seem to enjoy living in what are otherwise known as park models which typically have about 300-400 sq feet of living space. Why you'd choose to do that, I have no idea, but I suppose it's better than in an empty refrigerator box under the overpass.

I suspect it is because their interests are outside the home, therefore they don't feel the need to pay for or maintain a full sized house.

Why people choose to live beyond their means, buy houses and cars they can't afford, and sink further and further into debt, I have no idea. But that's about 80% of America for you.

If I wasn't hitched with kids, the tiny house thing would cross my mind.

I would only need places to cook, shit, sleep, watch tv and fuck and I most likely would be cool with three of those being in the same spot.

Don't hate on a tricked out Airstream.

What Jack said.

If I was single, I could see doing one of them tiny houses....with a 3 car garage next door to house all my single guy toys.

Would a tiny house look like a regular house to Moving Sale?

Weird how the top of the list mirrors fags and suicidal meth heads.
