You really do have to be a special kind of stupid to have not seen this coming. Hopefully the lion's share of the increase is of gangbangers who had it coming, but, I am sure a hell of a lot of them were innocent kids.

Since many cops are no longer being proactive the number of complaints have gone down. And that's what's important. Right, mvsidiot?
