Like Bob Dylan, those who cover Springsteen always outperform the original.

The original Blinded By The Light doesn't hold a candle to Mann's.

If you count Because The Night as a Springsteen song, 2 different bands have clowned him with it.

Manfred Mann was a one hit wonder. He had one hit in the 60s, one hit in the 70s and one hit in the 80s.
